Interviews & calls
Communication specialists, supported by the APM
As interviews are scheduled, the APM assigns communication specialists and supports every meeting — sharing the profile, resume, and summary notes from past rounds.
Final interview & background check
APM → HRM
When a role reaches its final stage, the APM reports to HRM, who runs the background check and confirms the result.
Offer & delivery
Technical Specialist + Communication Specialist, run by the APM
Once an offer lands, the APM assigns a technical specialist and runs the daily loop between the communication specialist and technical specialist.
